2. Offer terms and billing descriptor
All products on this Site are sold as one-time purchases. You pay once, at checkout, for the price shown in your cart, plus any applicable taxes and, for physical products, any shipping cost shown before you pay. There are no recurring or automatic charges.
Billing descriptor: the charge will appear on your credit card or bank statement as "Main Dawn Deals". Please keep this name in mind so that you recognize the transaction on your statement. If you do not recognize a charge, contact us at infodawndeals@gmail.com before contacting your bank, and we will help you right away.
3. Products
Digital products (ebooks and bundles): delivered by email as downloadable files (PDF/EPUB), to the email address entered at checkout, immediately after payment is confirmed and in all cases within 24 hours. Nothing is shipped. Files are DRM-free and licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only; you may not resell, share publicly or redistribute them.
Physical products (journals and card decks): shipped to the address entered at checkout. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout.
We make every effort to describe products accurately. Images are for illustration purposes.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Google Pay. Payment is taken in full when you place your order. We may correct pricing errors and cancel any order placed at an obviously incorrect price, in which case you are refunded in full.
5. Orders
You receive an order confirmation by email after checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, payment failure or unavailability of the product; any amount charged is then refunded in full.
6. Refunds and returns
Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site and in our products (texts, covers, designs, logos) is owned by ORELLANA MEDIA LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright. Purchasing a product does not transfer any ownership rights.
8. Use of the Site
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to access it without authorization, or to interfere with its operation.
9. Limitation of liability
Our products are provided for general information and education. Health, fitness and nutrition guides are not medical advice; consult a qualified professional before changing your diet or exercise routine. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
