Refund policy

This policy applies to all orders placed on maindawndealss.com, operated by ORELLANA MEDIA LLC, trading as Main Dawn Deals. All products are one-time purchases. Charges appear on your card or bank statement as "Main Dawn Deals".

Digital products (ebooks and bundles)
Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once downloaded, digital products are generally non-refundable. However, we will issue a full refund or a replacement if:
- you did not receive your download link within 24 hours of payment and we are unable to resend it;
- the file is defective, corrupted or does not open, and we are unable to provide a working file;
- you were charged twice for the same order by mistake.
Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase with your order number.

Physical products (journals and card decks)
You may return a physical product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, provided it is unused, in its original condition and packaging.
- To start a return, email us with your order number. We will send you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except if the item arrived damaged, defective or is not the item you ordered, in which case we cover the return shipping or send a replacement free of charge.
- Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 7 days if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, with a photo if possible.

How refunds are issued
Once your request is approved (or your return is received and inspected), the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, where it will be shown under the name "Main Dawn Deals".
