Shipping policy

This policy applies to all orders placed on maindawndealss.com, operated by ORELLANA MEDIA LLC, trading as Main Dawn Deals.

Digital products (ebooks and bundles)
Digital products are not shipped. After your payment is confirmed, a download link is sent to the email address you entered at checkout, immediately and in all cases within 24 hours. There is no shipping fee for digital products. If you have not received your link, please check your spam folder, then contact us at infodawndeals@gmail.com and we will resend it.

Physical products (journals and card decks)
Physical products are shipped to the address entered at checkout. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us within 7 days and we will help you, as described in our Refund & Return Policy.
